Join us for a CHAIN seminar featuring philosopher Erik Rietveld (University of Amsterdam) and Geerteke van Lierop, a European actor, writer, and filmmaker, where they will explore the intersection of philosophy and art. Rietveld’s research, grounded in the ecological psychology concept of affordances, explores the nature of skilled action and the potential for transformation through art and architecture. The seminar will include a lecture by Rietveld, a screening of “Art in Grief,” their collaborative film about loss and art, and a Q&A session with both creators. We hope you will join us for this stimulating event where philosophical theory and artistic practice meet.

Note: If arriving after 13:00, please use the intercom at the entrance and press 315 for the CHAIN office.
